+Two years ago, my curiosity starts with my summer internship experience in WeMake. During my internship, I’ve met with digital fabrication tools for rapid prototyping. And the idea of design has shifted in my mind rather than planning to fabrication. Real-time correspondence between CAD design and fabrication help me to see the differences between planning and construction. I fascinated by the behavior of the material in the real world. The behavior of material -independently by its prospectus- response depends on many other factors (temperature of material while machine running, conditions of material during treatment). The material has that itself defines and decide many features of the structure.

+Studying interior architecture and environmental design in Istanbul precluded me novel experimentations. I try to find a way out to study more about the material itself. Due to the academic program of the university was leading to design projects more about social physiology in the space (Form follow function). Due to the university program, I tend to create a sarcasm which conflicts between the mother of nature and methodology of industrial production.

+3.8 billion years of R&D 10-30 million of species well adaptive with their environments. The production system has to change. To use recycled materials is not the answer. Industrial materials which contain long-term biodegradation process should stop using in the first place.
