On Thursday, October 19th, we went to the market in Merida to buy and retrieve ingredients for the Bio Dyes.

We bought:

• purple onions
• golden onions
• chaya
• chile xcatic
• jamaica flowers
• achiote seeds
• yucatecan avocados
• carrots
• mamey

We got for free:

• tangerine peels
• green tomato leaves

We found at the lab with Oscar:

• bouganvillea glabra
• bouganvillea spectabilis 2 colors

As a fixative, we decided to use:

• white vinegar
• salt
