Stimergic fibers
Definition
It is a on-site robotic fabrication protocol that creates non-woven surfaces out of plant fibers. Project influenced by fibrous root systems and how the environment (humidity, temperature, light, wind, surface etc) influences the growth, assemblage, structure and density.
The fibers are separated with air pressure then embedded with adhesive spray.
