Make a piece of khaki fruit leather

Inspirations & References

they're often at my grocery store. I find the color warm and the fruit has a lot of flesh. khaki

1/Mix the fruit in the blender (cut the fruit into pieces)

2/Make sure that the mixture is homogeneous

Here the khaki gives an epai mixture and easy to spread

3/Spread the coulis on a baking sheet spread in the oven plate
4/leave leather at 50 degrees for 10 hours

The mixture dries out little by little and ends up looking like leather

5/There is a darker spot that corresponds to a thicker part of the leaf at a certain point

Improvements and Challenges

The result is a little too thick and needs to be much finer.
