Research Question
“How is it possible to avoid tilting after visiting a health cure ?”
Target group:
- everybody who has scoliosis; up to 10-25 degree of Cobb angle
What is Scoliosis actually?
Scoliosis is not the beginning with subjective symptom. More likely the distortion of the spin attracts attention which strongly increase in the age of puberty. A distortion of the spin backwards and forwards is ordinary, at least within conscious boundaries. According to Florian Tiefenböck, scoliosis is often emerged at children who are up to eleven years old. He also claims that slightly scoliosis can be approached by physiotherapy and a particular bodice ( Corset ).

II. Concept of my Final Project
- Input: Tilt sensor
- Output: speaker with vibrator
- Main focus on people who have been suffered from the disease- scoliosis.
- The deformation of the spin has to be 20-35 degree Cobb angle. There is talk of 'slight scoliosis'
- Requirements: at least visiting a physiotherapy once. Therefore, it enables the patients to go as straight as possible
- Main Idea: To create a speaker with a vibrator which reacts when leading into in tempt to tilt while going.

- Brown Copper Foil Tape one-sided ( conductive material)
- Lily Pad Vibration Motor
- Tilt Sensor
- Lily Pad Arduino Simple Board
- Black T-Shirt ( 100% Cotton)
- Loudspeaker 8 Ohm 0,5w 36 mm
- Needle, Conductive Spin, Scissors
- Multimeter
= The materials are already available in the Fab Lab. I just need to buy the basic black T-shirt from the website Amazon.de which consists of 100 percent cotton. Here, it is important that the material of the T- Shirt is NON-CONDUCTIVE.c

What parts and system will be used?
- Since my Final Project is based on the previous assignment 8 ' E-Textiles and Wearable II', I am doing a design for my prototype in order to have a better understanding how it should like when it is finished. Therefore I am using the program Rhinoceros.
- Furthermore I have also to design a pattern for the conductive material and therefore I am going to use the Program also Rhinoceros due to the fact that the work is more precise.
- For cutting the material, I am rather use the Laser Cutter.
- In order to create my output that speaker with vibrator react, I need to use Arduino IDE.
What tasks/questions need to be considered?
- Task 1 Measure the T-shirt and also the point where I should locate my LilyPad and also the copper tape.
- Task 2 Design my Prototype via Rhinoceros
- Step 3 Cut the designed pattern of my copper tape with the laser cutter.
- Step 4 The right code in Arduino IED has to be established ( research )
- Step 5 Testing the code
- Step 6 If the code is right it has to be delivered to my the black shirt
Based on the questions I need to talk with several orthopedist. In order to create it as harmless as possible. Due to the fact that I want to create something that makes the world much better and make people happier.
